• BedandbreakfastDanmark.dk does not work as a rental agency, but only as a contact mediator. It is not us who rent the B&Bs, and at no time are we involved in the rental itself. You rent directly from the person or company that created the advertisement with us.
  
  
• If you wish to rent one of the listed B&Bs, you must enter into an agreement directly with the advertiser. BedandbreakfastDanmark.dk is not part of such an agreement, and proper fulfillment of such an agreement is therefore solely the advertiser's responsibility.
  
  
• All information about the B&Bs incl. available / taken periods and prices are specified by the individual advertiser and it is the advertiser's responsibility that the information is correct.
  
  
• We have not inspected the advertised B&Bs and we have not verified advertisers' information. We therefore undertake no responsibility for the accuracy of the information about the B&Bs.
  
  
• You should always confirm both price, availability and all other information essential to the rent of the B&B.
  
  
• Most advertisers pay for their ad shown on BedandbreakfastDanmark.dk - with the exception of certain BASIS ads, where we offer free advertising the first year.
  
  
• We make reservations for errors in the stated information about the B&Bs, including errors in information about available periods and prices.

This applies to users (renters) when they contact a BB-host
When you contact a BB-host, you enter your name, email and telephone number, as well as a message to the BB-host. This information is transmitted in unencrypted form, registered with us and sent in an email to the BB-host. The information is registered with us as a backup feature for the BB-host, and we keep the information in our system for an indefinite period, or until you request that they be deleted. The information will only be available to trusted employees / data processors and the BB-host to which the inquiry is sent.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against the case that your information should accidentally or illegally be deleted, published, lost, impaired or comes to the knowledge of an unauthorized person, misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your queries to the BB-host, and to provide the services you have requested - e.g. to send contact information on the BB-hosts.
